Were assisting our client, an International Adventure Travel company, to HIRE a Customer Service professional with significant regional experience in the travel industry: The ideal person has travelled extensively through Africa, Asia, or Latin America, and has client services experience, can handle and enjoy the role of in-house adventure travel customer/client services Representative. Responsibilities may include, but are not limited to Answering adventure tour/trip related questions via phone and email and booking additional services. Collect all paperwork, forms and payments from clients in preparation for their travels and tours. Send out pre-trip and final documents. Assist Regional Program Director with trip logistics and reservations in the field. Produce client reports for field staff. Provide back-up coverage for other team members as needed. This is a full-time career opportunity for someone with exceptional travel knowledge, client services abilities and office savvy skills.

Required Attributes and Skills for the Full-Time Client Services Coordinator:
  • Significant travel experience and confident geographic knowledge.
  • Impressively organized, with the ability to multitask under the pressure of numerous deadlines.
  • Strong administrative skills and the ability to track and organize numerous documents.
  • Professional and courteous communication with clients and excellent follow through.
  • Strong computer skills. Experience and comfort with Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel).
  • Above average keyboard skills.
  • Strong writing skills.
  • Comfortable working with numbers and light accounting.
  • Positive, flexible, can-do attitude.

Compensation:
